11:00am - 3:00pm in my Beltsville home studio. This is a private workshop for guests of Ms. Jean Spells. Bring whatever item(s) you would like to “bling out.” This is a free class; however, you must make a bling purchase of at least $10 from my inventory. I have a huge inventory of bling.
